What does “frequently” mean? Is it a percentage of total questions received? Or is it a function of time? Does the frequency of a question decline after it has been posted? Or does the public continue asking despite the attempts to stop having to answer the same questions so frequently? Does frequency take into account the distinct number of questioners or does the squeaky wheel on repeat skew the frequency? Is there any attempt to preemptively stop a question from being frequently asked by posting it falsely as frequently asked? Should the hope-to-avoid-questions be clearly marked so the consumer is aware? Why is the ratio of exclamation marks to question marks in general usage so skewed? Why do people frequently dislike questions? Did you come in here because you thought there would be swearing?

Just some frequently asked questions about frequently asked questions. (For this compilation, each question was equally weighted and all questions received a vote upon receipt. The question(s) with the top five vote totals were considered frequent. Each question was received once. Apologize for the tangent. There are more pictures around here somewhere.)
